• Favorite Anime and Episodes: Anime you mark as favorites are stored on your device.

b. Automatically Collected Information

• Watch History: Details of episodes you watch, including progress, are stored locally on your device for offline access.
• Device Information: Basic device information (like model and OS version) is used by the app to ensure compatibility, but it is not stored or transmitted.
• App Usage Data: Interactions within the app, such as navigating between screens, are used temporarily to improve your experience.

c. Data from Third-Party Services

• Third-Party Services: We fetch anime data and streaming content from third-party services. These services may have their own privacy policies, but we do not send any of your personal data to them.

2. How We Use Your Information

All information is used locally on your device to:

• Provide core App features like anime discovery, streaming, and history tracking.
• Personalize your experience based on your saved preferences and history.
• Send notifications for airing anime, if you enable this feature.
• Enable offline browsing by caching data on your device.
• Improve App performance and user experience.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not have access to your personal information and therefore do not share it. All data remains on your device. The only exceptions are:

• Third-Party Services: The App sends anonymous requests to third-party services to get anime data and streaming links. These requests do not include any personal user data.
• Legal Requirements: We may be required to disclose information if compelled by law.

AnimeVibe is designed with a privacy-first approach. **We do not have servers to store your data.** All information, including your watch history and preferences, is stored exclusively on your own device. This means you have full control over your data, and its security depends on the security of your device. No personal data is ever transmitted to us.

5. Content Disclaimer

This Privacy Policy governs the handling of user data. The content provided within the App is indexed from third-party sources on the internet. We do not host any content on our servers. 6. Your Choices and Rights

Since all data is stored on your device, you have complete control over it. You can manage your information in the following ways:

• Manage Data: You can delete your watch history, favorites, or other data at any time directly within the App. This action is permanent and removes the data from your device.
• Notifications: You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the App settings.
• Opt-Out: To stop all data collection and remove all stored data, simply clear App storage or uninstall the App.

Because all data management is handled by you on your device, requests for data access or deletion are fulfilled by using the features within the app itself.

7. Children's Privacy

AnimeVibe is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App integrates with third-party services to provide anime data and streaming content, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted in the App, with the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
